You're listening to Seven Horns A I — your A I-powered market update. Good morning and welcome to your pre-market briefing for Tuesday, June two, twenty twenty-six. Overnight in Asia, markets presented a mixed picture, but with some notable strength. The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong surged two point two percent in its session, showing a standout performance. This positive momentum is carrying forward, with the China large-cap proxy E T F, F X I, rallying sharply in pre-market, up three point three seven percent from Monday's close. In Japan, however, the Nikkei two hundred twenty-five closed down zero point three percent. Other parts of Asia were also somewhat subdued, with South Korea's Kospi dipping zero point two percent, and Australia's A S X two hundred shedding less than zero point one percent. Geopolitical jitters, specifically over the U S-Iran ceasefire, tempered sentiment across much of the region, despite the strong showing in China. As we look towards the U S open, S&P five hundred futures are essentially in line with Monday's cash close, showing a negligible move of just zero point zero seven percent. Nasdaq one hundred futures are also flat, up zero point zero five percent. Dow futures, however, are pointing to a slightly softer open, down zero point three nine percent below Monday's cash close. This suggests a flattish open overall for the U S, with no strong overnight conviction in either direction from futures. In Europe, the E F A E T F, which tracks developed markets, is ticking up zero point seven five percent in its current session, offsetting some of Monday's earlier dip. Beneath the surface, the A I frenzy continues to be a dominant theme. Nvidia, the biggest megacap winner yesterday, was up six point two six percent, and is adding another one point eight four percent in pre-market trading. Hewlett Packard Enterprise has exploded twenty-six percent in pre-market after advancing its long-term financial targets, driven by the A I server narrative. Applied Optoelectronics and Arm Holdings also saw significant gains yesterday and are extending those moves in pre-market. However, not all megacaps are benefiting equally. Meta Platforms, Tesla, and Amazon all fell sharply on Monday. While Meta and Tesla are showing modest bounces in pre-market, Amazon continues to drift lower, down one point three six percent. Alphabet is accelerating lower in pre-market, down two point five nine percent, following plans to raise eighty billion dollars in equity offerings to fund A I infrastructure expansion – a substantial dilution overhang. Microsoft, which gained solidly Monday, is reversing in pre-market, giving back two point two three percent of its advance. In commodities, oil surged almost five percent on Monday due to renewed uncertainty around the U S-Iran ceasefire, but is giving some back in pre-market, down one point five one percent. Gold, after falling yesterday, is bouncing one point eleven percent in pre-market, suggesting some overnight caution. Looking ahead, the economic calendar is heavy this week, with JOLTS data due out today, A D P employment tomorrow, I S M Services on Thursday, and the critical May Nonfarm Payrolls report coming on Friday. Any of these could shift the rate-cut narrative. We'll also be watching earnings from U E C and Credo Technology today. The takeaway is that while indices are at record highs, this isn't a broad-based rally. Instead, it’s concentrated in A I names, with significant divergence among megacaps and ongoing geopolitical pressures. That's your pre-market briefing from Seven Horns A I.
